In light of the Government’s recent advice on COVID-19 and in consultation with our venue partners, we have decided to suspend all activity from the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Orchestras and Choirs, with immediate effect. This is a rapidly evolving situation and we will review this decision and the latest advice in April.
Â鶹ԼÅÄ NOW’s Discovery Guide Dr Jonathan James, will be joined by conductors, soloists and our musicians to delve into the ideas and stories behind the music.
As with many Bach masterpieces, there are hidden depths to this work. We will pick out the significance of those devices and themes that ensure the music its richness, giving multiple levels of interpretation and emotional connection.
