Warpaint
Warpaint
Sat 28 Jun 2014 Other Stage
LA women, Saturday afternoon

Warpaint’s self-titled follow up to 2010's The Fool captures the LA four-piece in a spellbinding and intimate mood. Recorded in Joshua Tree, the album was produced by Flood and mixed by Nigel Godrich to captivating effect.

Nominated for the Â鶹ԼÅÄ’s Sound of 2011 poll, Warpaint bring their subtle, dreamy, psych-rock to the Other Stage – their first Glastonbury performance since playing two sets in 2011. The highlight that year was performing to a packed Park Stage audience just before Radiohead’s not-so-secret comeback gig.

Australian drummer Stella Mozgawa is Warpaint’s beating heart and with her behind the sticks the band deliver hypnotic live performances – this is one act you do not want to miss.
