After a turbulent couple of years for the Staffordshire group, Editors are back in 2013 with a new album, two years in the making. They may have said goodbye to lead guitarist Chris Urbanowicz, but with two new members on board, and a spring tour under their belt, the boys are primed and ready to return to Glasto.
Steered by the unique vocals (and dance moves) of Tom Smith, the Editors' sound is fashioned in the best traditions of melancholy guitar indie, with several festival anthems in their repertoire. With a single and album out the same week as Glastonbury, expect new material and sing-a-long classics.
