Tom Pow, Ian Stephen, Rachel McCrum and Rab Wilson come together to talk about their experience of visiting poets in Nigeria, Canada, South Africa and Jamaica as part of the Scottish Poetry Library鈥檚 Commonwealth Poets United exchange programme.
