The award-winning Ballet Cymru present two stories from the mind of the world’s most popular storyteller, Roald Dahl, with live music from Â鶹ԼÅÄ National Orchestra of Wales.
To celebrate the centenary of this famous author who was born and grew up in Cardiff, two of his hugely popular stories are coming home to Wales in an afternoon of family friendly ballet adaptations. Ballet Cymru has been granted permission from The Dahl Foundation to produce two works based on sections of Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes, Little Red Riding Hood and The Three Little Pigs.
Offering a perfect opportunity to introduce your family to the wonders of dance, this outstanding classical ballet is choreographed by Darius James and Amy Doughty and inspired by the internationally recognised music by composer Paul Patterson.
