Today, the Â鶹ԼÅÄ Philharmonic welcomes students from the RNCM’s Master of Music (MMus) and International Artist Diploma programmes.

Across two concerts on Friday 8 September, we’ll hear from four of the most exciting young musicians on the cusp of their international careers, as they showcase their talent. This is an unrivalled opportunity for them to conduct and perform with a professional broadcast orchestra as part of their final assessment.

In this, the first concert of the day starting at 11.45am, we hear from Leon Frantzen, conductor and Victor Lim, piano.

Leon conducts Johan Wagenaar’s Cyrano de Bergerac Overture  and Victor performs Graham Fitkin’s Granite.
