  I wonder if todays news will affect future bbc and itv reality tv programs....
  
  
  it must give future program makers food for thought....
  
  
  reminds me of when Michael lush death put a stop to all such programs on the bbc...

  reminds me of when Michael lush death put a stop to all such programs on the bbc...Μύ Just think of treasure hunt - with Annie Rice on a (just surfaced) slippery Submarine deck which the helicopter had landed on - a single engined copter at that! - though it was a Bell jetranger.

  Anyone else had a little chuckle when they heard the show they were filming was called 'Dropped' - and then immediately felt terribly guilty and ashamed of themselves?

  reminds me of when Michael lush death put a stop to all such programs on the bbc...Μύ All sorts of things happen all the time on TV which involve risk. It's about managing the risk. Lots of progs at the moment involving people riding horses, and it's safe to assume that most of them don't have that much riding experience. That's a risk (look what happened to poor Roy Kinnear), but it's not going to stop.

  On the 30th March (I think), the PM will hop in his car and be driven down The Mall to see The Queen. There will, no doubt, be a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ helicopter following the progression of this "exciting" spectacle

  On another forum, I use, I used the "Police are following up all leads..." gag in respect of the poisoned dog and you'd have thought I was the poisoner themselves. Yes, on the very same forum, this morning, I made that "unfortunate name" point and you'd have thought I was a comedy genius by the reaction.
  
  You can't make gags about dead animals. The people won't stand for it.

The same shots will be on the other channels.
