    Don't know if any of you have read this book,' Giza Power Plant' but it is real interest to anyone who wants to better understand what was needed as well as the level of techology that was required to build the pyramids, as well as many other structures around them. Check out this link:

    The answer to your question is 'very clever', and probably even as much in awe of crackpot pseudo-science as some of their modern counterparts, at least on the basis of the website you name and the literature that it contains and advertises.

    They however had the justification that they were technological pioneers in a world where scientific application of ideas was in its nascent stage.
