A number of years ago, the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ aired a series of tv shows named 'The Birth of Europe'. I have three of the four on videotape, but the quality of the tape is declining fast.
I use them for history-lessons in class (PRimary school, Amstelveen the Netherlands, group 8) and enjoy them very much.
I would like to find out if anyone has these programmes on DVD. Or if/how i could obtain them.
    Thanks in advance..

    Re: message 1.

    Oto,

I did some research about your series.

I found "The Birth of Europe" ZDF's (Zweite Deutsche Fernsehen) four-part documentary on Europe's natural and cultural history.

I found: "The Birth of Europe" by Jacques Le Goff in Series "Making of Europe" I read the book from the local library Bruges Belgium.

Google: birth of europe northbrook coronet film marion. But there there are 7 episodes and videos in the series?

Greetings from a compatriot of the Low Countries.

Near Bruges and more than half an hour past midnight.
