You should be able to find the serial number of the aircraft and names of other crew members by getting hold of a copy of "RAF Bomber Command Losses Vol 1: 1939 - 40", by V R Chorley. I believe that volume's out of print but you'ld be able to get it via an inter-library loan. It may also give you details of the operation the aircraft was lost on but there is also a book entitled "The Bomber Command War Diaries" that gives a day by day account.
The aircraft would have been a Hampden, and 106 Sqn was based at Finningley at the time.

I managed to get hold of a copy of the book I mentioned. Sgt Newton's aircaft was Hampden L4194, shot down by flak into the sea off Lorient on a minelaying mission. The other crew members were Sgt J M Ward, Sgt T W Green and Sgt N W Hull. One of them (not stated which) is also buried at Boismoreau; the remaining bodies weren't recovered.
