I'm studying how popular traditions and folklore interact with history. This is a test question mainly for Scots, I should think, but any one else who wants to join in. I'm cross posting from the main History Hub
From memory, without looking up any reference, what can you say about Sir James Douglas' expedition with the dead King Robert's heart after his death in 1330.
No cheating now. Just tell the story as you remember it.
