Hi there again , I hope everybody is O.K. and I wish You All a good day wherever You are.
My quwstion today is about The B.B.C.
I was just seeing the page of DMGT( Daily Mail and
General Trust)and I was wondering If The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ had anything to do with it.
It started in 1922 as The B.B.C.
I also saw something about Lord Rothermere and his history.
Anything in common DMGT and The B.B.C. ?
Thank You very much for all , my friends. Health and love to all.

Diego,
This notion appears to have no legs! There is no discernable connection between Associated Press and the creation of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ. Here is part of what Wikipedia has to say about the latter:
"The original company was founded in 1922 by a group of six telecommunications companiesβ€”Marconi, Radio Communication Company, Metropolitan-Vickers, General Electric, Western Electric, and British Thomson-Houstonβ€”to broadcast experimental radio services. The first transmission was on 14 November of that year, from station 2LO, located at Marconi House, London."
Other than the coincidence of being launched in 1922, there isn't any link I can see and in fact DMGT has holdings in ITN and other independant broadcasting interests.
