I have been on The Tank Museum's Website and i notice they have a Tankfest event, i contacted the museum and they sent me this description;
TANKFEST - 27th & 28th June 2009

I've not done a Tankfest there, just a tour of the museum, which is quite something in itself.

Wasn't this where a tank crushed some cars in the car park, when the driver lost control?? But I agree, it is a fine museum.

I've fond memories of visits to Bovington Camp in the 1970s. In those days we kids could get away with climbing all over the tanks (at least the outdoors ones) - doubt you can get away with that nowadays!
