    just seen on ARTE, the French-German TV channel, the first two episodes of "The War": 1. A necessary war. 2. Time of fear.

    It is very good in my humble opinion. What do the honourable contributors think about it, especially the Americans?

    The second URL is full of information. You have for hours to explore it all.

    A new series to compare with the "World at War" series? And that's a compliment.
