WHO WERE THE NAZI PARTY AND WHEN WERE THEY IN POWER IN GERMANY
The name of that party actually was "Nazional-Socialiistische Partei Deutschlands", and that was their platform in the street-battle torn cities and towns of a Germany, that had lost a War, her colonies, and self-pride.
Had come close to going down in a civil war.
The party had - in the 1933 general elections some 30 % of the votes, but as one of major parties in the Reichstag their Leader was eventually appointed Reichs-Kanzler (head of Government), and as the President died (1934) the Kanzler, one A. Hitler, took over that job as well and was afterwards (at least 'till mid 1945) styled "FΓΌhrer"
Would that be it, then?
BTW the previous post was just of the top of my head, read something of it, and make up your own mind.
