If you're love of history is such that you can't even be bothered to read a couple of well written pages on wikipedia, why should any of us help you?
By the way, this is history forum not a place to complain about annoying teachers.

Indeed even if wikipedia had a plethora of information, you should be by and large to keep the general idea:

Mussolini was the first dictator in Europe with a clear fascist (in fact fascism was named after his 'fascio' organisations) programme. Fascism still in those times was not recognised as a 'violent political movement' but more as a centre-leftish (i.e. socialist!) political expression with a strong nationalist flavour. That does not mean that other non-fascist countries did not present nationalist even racist characteristics but it was in fascist Italy that this was especially pronounced (though Mussolini only spoke about the grandiose power of Rome that modern Italians should imitate and not about any racial superiority of Italians). The fascist organisation of Mussolini in fact was judged from passively negatively, neutraly and even positevely by a significant number of thikers of those times (Ezra Pound one of them) as they thought that perhaps fascism could create a middle path between extreme capitalism and extreme communism. Of course since early mid-1920s (if I am not mistaken sorry I do not talk out of Wikipedia) when Mussolini rose to power and became dictator, fascism under Mussolini gradually took a more sinister outlook especially with its violent invasion in Ethiopea and its sneaky (and partially unexplainable) attack later in Greece. Another well known effect was that Mussolini was the personal idol of Adolph Hitler and he actually based his primary national-socialist ideals on the fascist ideals but fascism should not be necessarily coincide 100% with nazism despite the numerous similarities. Later Hitler of course though admired Mussolini in theory was not very fond of his capacities on the international scene, especially in the conduction of war.

The effect of fascism in Italy cannot be judged easily. For most Italians that only recently had united in one country (half the population was born and raised in different states that was Italy prior to late 19th century), fascism was a possible way to create certain social cohesion and fight against corruption but then the overwhelming majority of Italians were not very fond of its militarist structure and the wars it undertook.

take also 2 events about Mussolini:

He had enterred Rome along with his cabinet in running mode! He had been always a real showman!

He was the reason for the most impressive rescue effort undertook in the WWII, in 1944 by Austrian born Nazi officer of special forces Skortzeny., In order to save him from his mountainous prison (at a time Mussolini had lost power) they had landed on a cliff on the mountains using wing-planes (i.e. planes without engine!).
