If the leaders of several regions of the country , who prefer to say of themselves as the 'regionalists' , in which the civil society is neither strong enough nor cohesive enough to sustain a democratic self-ruling, claiming into their 'party programme' only the one clear idea of obtaining the rights to become autonomous regions from the central democratic government ....then by whom would be filled the top positions in these 'autonomous governments' ?
A.Democrats from the Moon.
B.Mahno's anarchists.
C.Oligarches- criminals.
I have no idea what you are on about, but I prefer this option :
D. The A Team.

You point has taken,Tim...The A Team seems to me the right tool for these regions where apart from the state('A Team') itself, there is nothing holding 'em together.
Yes,even not simply the team ....but the A-Team...in that wide meaning...in order to avoid the rest of unwanted options for these people from such 'civil society' of which I had mentioned.I'm experiencing on my own skin the outcomes of such 'autonomy'' within the ' autonomous (from the law) republic of the Crimean kangaroos'.
