    Hi all, I'm doing an English Language coursework on language change and I thought I'd compare two declarations of war. The stipulation is that they must have been written at least 50 years apart from each other (100 ideally), so as to have enough change to comment on.
    I'd like to ask whether anyone knows any place (web-based or otherwise) where I can find copies of declarations of war.
    I was thinking I'd look at WW1 and the recent Iraq war, but since there didn't seem to be any declaration at all by the USA, I've had to drop that. If anyone could point me in the direction of wars that'd be good to compare, I'd be very grateful...
