on a bronze oak leaf would thay be any info on it like service numbers ect.
Oak leaf clasps were attached to the 1939-45 war medal for those who were mentiond in despatches for minor act of galentry, the medals were issued un-named. Hope this helps.

Hi chelle,
If you mean the actual MID clasp, then no, there isn't any inscription on them. They are usually attached to campaign medals (the campaign where the MID was awarded), and the campaign medals usually (for enlisted men) have the Rank, Name, Number and regiment or corps of the recipient inscribed around the rim. Some campaign medals are issued un-named though (in modern times, UN and NATO service medals will not be named, whereas British issue medals (usually silver in colour) will usually be inscribed).
