Guys, I recommend you a new book on the Seven Years' War. It's called Terror and Fear: British and American Perceptions of the French-Indian Alliances during the Seven Years' War.
For the European ends, Duffy's book: Instrument of War on the Austrian army is very good (although the binding does break), and is suppsoed to be followed by a volume on the Austro-Prussian campaigns. The Osprey on Kolin leaves quite a bit to be desired.
