to be fair i don't post here too much but this used to be place where there would be rational and civilised debating

    expat,
please calm down a little and get with the program, if you want to rant about how bad britain is and how good the US is there are many boards for that purpose

please stay and lets have some real discussions rather than just trying to get a rise out of some here

    thanks in advance

Here is my deal. I will make a post for members to vote as to whether I should leave, however not all members may vote. Only the members that have had the fire in their bellies to duel with me. I will list the names on the post. It shall be titled EXILE THE SCOUNDREL. Despite my absence in responding to his posts I will even include Lord Ball. I will not tolerate any conditions. Its a GO or STAY vote. If the vote is a majority of Go's I shall banish myself immediately forever. Non voters will count as a STAY. The ballot shall remain active for 3 days.

Balloters

DL,Bish,Mark,Lord Ball, spike, henrylee, trident, tony g, Nicolas-Jouault, and if he cares to participate I would respectfully like to invite Mr. Hasse to the proceedings.

Cheers.

    Hi expat,
As I am not an eduducated type of person (East End seven generations) and my responses tend to be short and perhaps terse I would also vote for you to stay.
see you at the barricades
Spike <QUOTE' USER='expat32' USERID='2025313'><QUOTE' USER='Trident_MKII' USERID='1823460'>to be fair i don't post here too much but this used to be place where there would be rational and civilised debating

expat,
please calm down a little and get with the program, if you want to rant about how bad britain is and how good the US is there are many boards for that purpose

please stay and lets have some real discussions rather than just trying to get a rise out of some here

thanks in advance </QUOTE>

Hi Trident, Well...in all fairness this is a British forum, but it could be more guys than you think are enjoying this. Expat,

Despite our frequent arguments, you are totally entitled to your opinion. I can't see any reason why you should stop posting on the boards, since if we all agreed about everything, it would be a very boring debate!

Your posts are often very entertaining so continue to speak your mind! However you should be aware that there are many ex-military people (and currently serving ones too) on these boards and by attacking them, this will get a passionate, and often angry response. We (meaning the ex-military lot) have lost too many friends in the past to not get mad when this happens. Might I suggest a change of topic, rather than "my Dad's bigger than your Dad"? You might be surprised at what we all have to say?

    All the best,
    DL

All attacks I have seen in this board are on USA's foreign policy. What's wrong with that? It effects people here more than USA's health policies. Everyone has to live with the consequences of the USA's actions abroad. Therefore those on this board would be critical, and you will just have to live with it. Instead of saying things like Bish spells like a 10-year-old you could argue in a sensible manner.
