I have a programme for a Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Theatre Orchestra production with the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Theatre Chorus. Conducted by Standford Robinson. It was performed at R.A.F. Station Waterbeach on Wednesday the 4th of April at 19.45hrs.
But I do not have a year the performance took place. Any ideas how I could find out.

Just enjoyed a little detective work!
The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Theatre Orchestra was founded in 1931 but Stanford Robinson did not join it as conductor until 1932. He ceased to be its conductor in 1946.
The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Theatre Orchestra changed its name to the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Opera Orchestra in 1949.
Beteween 1932 and 1946 (incl.) the 4th April fell on a Wednesday in only two years:
1934 and 1945.
Maybe using more personal details you can make the final choice as to which year it was?
Best Wishes, Oz.

The programme I have is to entertain H.M.Forces
(ENSA and the NAAFI) So it appears to be 1945
Thanks for the research.
