In the 1901 census Harry Stredwick born c1872 Portslade Sussex(my great grandmothers Brother)shows as being married to Annie born c1871 Worlingworth Suffolk. GRO shows marraige of Harry to Annie Maria Bloomfield (no birth for this name)But in 1881 census there is a Anna Blomfield age 9 Worlingworth Suffolk (birth in GRO). Could this be the same person

    It does seem most likely.

If you can't find a record of her birth then you should bear in mind that it has been estimated that over a million births were not recorded between 1837 and 1900. Most of these date from before the change in the law in 1874-5.
