Can anyone help find the Marriage and Death certificates of Benjamin Walker born abt 1845 at Ashby Old Parks.Near Ashby-de-la-Zouch. May have lived at Odstone near Ibstock,Leicestershire.
Benjamin Walker appears in the 1861-1891 census. From these Benjamin married between 1871 and 1881. His wife Elizabeth was born in Woodhouse, Leicestershire and she later appears in the 1901 census as a widow. So Benjamin died between 1891 and 1901.
Looking at FreeBMD:
There is a marriage for a Benjamin Walker in Dec 1875 at Barrow Upon Soar (ref 7a 395). His spouce is an Elizabeth Withers.
There is a death for a Benjamin Walker in June 1892 at Shardlow (ref 7b 263). His age is 48.
Finally, there is a birth in Dec 1844 at Ashby De La Zouch (ref 15 5).

Bill

Benjamin Walker burial 9/?/1900 age 55yrs Woodhouse.
Baptism Benjamin Walker 27th July 1857 parents William @ Emma, Coleorton.
If Benjamin married Elizabeth in the district of Barrow 1875 he would have been 19yrs old if bap in 1857.
Woodhouse and Coleorton are around the Barrow/ ashby area.
My parish register transcripts do not include Barrow upon Soar.
Hi busybeaver, Thank you again for your help. My family tree is growing well.
