    Hi,
I subscribe to ancestry.com and have access to the 1861-1901 censuses as well as the Free BMD that you can also access through rootswed.
I thought I had also found him on the 1901 census married to someone else... do you think that is possible? My only doubt is that it said William Richards came from Ystad Glamorgan rather than Ystad Cardiganshire.. I don't know if there is an Ystad in Glamorgan.
