I need help in tracing a Thomas HILL in Hampshire please.

He was born around 1834 in West Meon according to census's 1861-92 (East Meon in 1881). I cannot find him in 1841 or 1851, nor can I find his baptism.

His father was also Thomas, which I know from his marriage certificate of 1855 in Havant, but nothing else is known about the parents. Apparently, they were both Chimney Sweeps.

Any thing found will be greatly appreciate as this is the only line of my family left where I can't get back beyond 1861.
