Hi,
I'm trying to find a William Richards on the 1901 census. He was boen on Jan 19,1880. His parents were Margeret and David of the Brynog Arms, Cardiganshire. He would not of been living their at the time. But i'm 99% sure he was born their. He would most deffinatley been in south England or south wales (Cardiff or London). It could be possible that he settled arounf Leyton, as that is were he later married and lived. If it is any help, he had children born in 921 (william richards, in Leyton)
