Hi everyone,
I am trying to find Isabella Heap on the 1901 Census as it has become a brick wall. She was born 12 January 1883 (Stockport Road, Hyde) Youngest (of 3) illegitimate child of Elizabeth Heap (1847-1915).
I have her on the 1891 and 1911 censuses in Hyde and Rotherham respectively.
She married in Haughton Green, Denton, Lancashire 9 August 1903 to William Henry Barton.
She died 20 August 1921 in Stairfoot, Barnsley.
If anyone can find her in 1901 I would be very grateful !
Thanks
Sorry I couldn't find anything in 1901

I may be being blind but I can;t see her on 1891 either
Nope me neither sorry to say.
Maybe she was a supporter of Womans Vote Emily Pankhurst had them all staying out for the night so not to be registered on the census as a protest. a suffrogette??

Elizabeth Heap (b 1847 Liverpool, d 1915 Hyde) never married. [Isa]bella only with her mother on the 1891 census.
Elizabeth on 1901 and 1911 censuses, Stockport Rd, Hyde - still with maiden name of Heap

If you click on this site above and scroll down below the search boxes then look for Cheshire you will find lots of information but it is difficult to search if you have time
