looking for info on percy Allen born 1908 prob Albury shropshire who were his parents and grandparents and who did he marry.

there were 7 Percy Allens born in 1908...."probably Albury" isn't really reliable enough to make sure you have the right one unless you are really sure of his birth year.
I would suggest you buy his marriage cert to find out his father's name then look on the 1911 census to find the boy with his father.
