There's a tree on A*y that has Josie's parents as:
Joseph Ashman, b. 1870 Welton, Somerset
and
Nellie Ham, b. abt 1873
and other children starting with
Robert 1891
Benjamin A 1897
Annie Elizabeth 1905
William 1906
Jesse 1909
and
Bessie Ann 1911
Maybe someone with full access to the 1911 census can find the family and see if Jesse and Josie are one and the same?

A*y offer a 14-day trial period, so you could sign up for that - but you'd just have to remember to cancel the trial before the 14 days run out or you'll be charged.

Not sure why Ances..... has trancribed Benjamin as a Hayden , On 1901 , FMP has him as Ashman , though he IS on the next page ( on the original) from the rest of his family
