need a cottage

    in 1881 a family by the name of slater lived at .
    evergreen cottage high street west tarring in sussex.
    i would love to know is it still there or does anybody know if a photo or anything about in print please.

    Some of the properties on the high street are listed and owned by the Sussex Archeological Society - perhaps get in touch and see if they have some info on your cottage?

    Alternatively you could always go there and have a hunt around? You might find it has been renamed?
