The original says both borough and parish of Birmingham
There is a John Langford b1811/Warwickshire living in Coleshill St, Birmingham with wife Mary (b1811) and children Henry (b1830) & Emma (b1834). Occupation is metalworker.
Also living at same address are Henry Shall (b1806) & Caroline Shall (b1811).
Cannot find any John Langfords born 1809 in Warwickshire though.
Hope this helps.
