Hi, I wonder if anyone can help.
My sisters husbands great uncle was Frank Herriman. Born about 1909, i have found the family on the 1911 census his parents George and Elizabeth and various brothers and sisiters. we believe Frank eventually emigrated to Canada, but no idea when or where to, is there anyway of finding this information with so little to go on. any help or suggestions would be welcome. I do use findmypast, but not sure where to look

If you go to findmypast and put his name in the search it will tell you if he emigrated. There is according to the death indexes on ancestry a Frank Herriman with a birth date of 1908 who died in Stoke on Trent registration district in 1952. I assume from your posting that you don't have Frank's birth ceertificate, this will help in working out which Frank Herriman you are tracing, but it looks likes the death in 1952. The more information you have, the better chance there is of finding him.
