Please can somebody tell me the information provided on an English death certificate.
I know the Scottish ones provide the father's and mother's names and the mother's maiden name.
Is this the same for the English certificates?

But beware; the information on a death cert is only as good as the person giving it! It will (or should) be what the informant believes to be true, but it isn't unknown for them to get ages and names wrong.
