On the 1911 census Jonas and Alice Rogers ( enumerated in Banbury Oxon district) have 10 children with them.
Did they say they had any children that had died please?
Hi, yes 12 children born of the 27 year marriage of which 2 had died leaving 10 alive all still living with them. Its difficult to see where another might have fitted in unless any were twins!

Hi there
The record says they had 12 children born alive, 10 still living and 2 died.
Does that help?
Michelle
Between Ellen (16 in 1911, so born around 1895) and Wilfred (12 in 1911, born around 1899) there's a space of 4 years and 3 between Bessie (11 in 1911) and James (8 years), so the 2 deaths could of children born in those gaps

Michelle Thanks for that. I have found 2 that were born and died so that ties up.
