I am researching the time line of my family "Pitt" in Colchester about 1802 - 1825. My Ancestor Benjamin Pitt and his wife Elizabeth Disney or Dezney had about 10 children there. I am very interested in contacting anyone also researching this family. My research shows at that time there was another Pitt family in Colchester who may or may not be related. My family seemingly part of a Baptist uprising of the time adding to the interest.
