jack hunter brooklyn lived in wigan untill 1890.he then left england and moved to rhodesia.during this time he dropped the hunter and ever since then our family surname has been brooklyn.i have been unable to find any referance of any remaining hunter brooklyns in the u.k.i would appreciate any information on hunter brooklyn or brooklyn(wigan area)around 1880 to 1910.thaks
