My Gt Grandfather, George Hall was born c. 1945 (baptised 24/3/1945). He married Mary Ann Boulstridge on 4/6/1868 at Kingsbury, North Warwickhsire. Mary Ann died in 1874/75 (buried at Kingsbury on 14/1/1875).
George Hall's second wife was Susannah b.c. 1850 at Walcot, Shropshire. George Hall and Susannah had two children, Louise, b.c. 1876 and Lizzie b.c. 1868.
However, I cannot trace the MARRIAGE of George and Susannah. The IGI shows George Hall marrying Susannah Glasc on 20/6/1875 at Kingsbury. I have checked the Parish Register for this marriage but only the Banns were found which were read on 20/6/1875, 27/6/1875 and 4/7/1875. But alas no marriage followed, at least not at Kingsbury. Can anyone assist or point me in the right direction, please?

    Hi,

There is a marriage between a George HALL and a Susannah GLAZE not GLASC, a miss-spelling perhaps, in the Sepember 1/4 1875 at Wellington, Salop.

They are on the 1881 census living at Adcocks Row, Kingbury, Warwick.

Source info. RG 11/2771. Folio 55. Page 14

Trust this the correct information you are looking for.

    Regards
    Spike

Spike, Many thanks for the information. I am sure this must be the marriage I am looking for. It ties in with other information I have. Your help is greatly appreciated.
