  Would appreciate any information on Richard Paynter-Mary Harris married 1855 at Launceston near the Devon-Cornwall border.They had a daughter Sophia born about 1855.

  Could this be them in 1861? There is a dash for the forename of the adult Painter, but she is female, aged 22 and shown as widowed. They are at 1 Richmond Lane, Plymouth.

  It could be.Unfortunately they have not listed a first name for the widow.However she did remarry in 1867.The second child is a surprise.He must have died at an early age.Much appreciate your assistance.
