I don't know what the Beeb are scared of? Other than free speech?
I just posted a Telegraph article about Chancellor Hitler, from August 2010, which was a scholarly, scientific study about DNA and was written literately and aloof from Politics or race, etc, but it immediately vanished.
I added a comment beneath it, factually, about Goebbels, but obviously discussing WWII is considered repulsive by the Beeb.
I am certainly no Political animal and have never made any kind of pro-any party comments. Do we reduce ourselves to avoiding 1939-45 then?

WWII is frequently discussed here.
Maybe the text you posted was deemed too long? The messageboard has a rule that quotations cut and pasted to comments should be short.
Copyright problems, perhaps?
Possibly, fellas. It was totally CUT per se, not just 'cut short', though? And rapidly, without explanation.
Maybe either copyright or the Beeb are scared witless of anything that mentions Hitler and DNA in the same sentence, however scholarly or non-Political?

I doubt that's the reasoning.
Have you checked the in-box of the e-mail account you used when registering on the site? They sometimes send a message outlining why a post is pulled.

Try mentioning Stalin and DNA in one sentence and see what happens...

If you've taken the entire article then it's certainly for copyright reasons.
Try posting the link instead and see if that stays up.
Hi Cloudy, here is said link (see how long this thread lasts THIS time!) to the article, 24th Aug 2010;-
