I happened to land on the History home page and noticed that the only specified and highlighted link to the History Message Board is to 'Family Trees' .
Surely titled links to all 4 sections might elicit more contributors?
Is this a plot, I'm getting more paranoid all the time?
ferval
Ferval calm down… calm down… your having a bad dream.
If you return to the home page… there’s a picture of Niel Oliver at the top… if you look down the right hand column there are all the links to the various 4 sections… not just the Family Trees… have another look. Family trees are there… but count down 15, under M for message boards. Trust me… I know a little about the M thing.
Feeling better now… best regards bandick.

Hi Bandick, you certainly sound a lot better, it's good to hear.
What I meant was that the casual visitor to the History Â鶹ԼÅÄpage might see the Message Board link in the box with the picture at the bottom right and assume that that it only contained the Family Tree posts. The link in the big list in very small print doesn't exactly jump out at you.
Excuse my irritation, I'm gearing up to shout at the TV when Neil 'do you like my hair and low, portentous voice' Oliver's new series starts at 9.00.
cheers

Golly gosh ferval… I deduce certain hostility to the boy Neil… I watched it… and liked it, but I like all his stuff.
His hair… oh I’m just plain jealous… I have just the two… one on each side, but it does offer me the dilemma of deciding which side to part my hair in the mornings.
I was a bit miffed they didn’t expand a little on ‘Cheddar Man’ thou. As he has direct descendants still living in cheddar, a local school teacher I do believe.
Why is it so quiet… I note a few well known’s have gone over to h2o whatever. But isn’t that under threat of closing too.
Did you see earlier the documentary about Madagascar with DA… I hope it comes up on iplayer so I can watch it in here. I’m told if I behave I can go home at the weekend… anyone would think it was some kind of a sentence I’m serving, not a hospital.
I have found it easier to just comply with everything they say… do this, do it… do that, do it… they don’t seem to like anyone with any form of spirit, they just fill you up with the juice and zonk you out… but I better stop as I feel a rant coming on. Might even get modded… haven’t been modded for a day or two now.

Hi Bandick, That was actually better than I expected, but I wish these presenters would stand still when they're talking, why do you have to feel as if you're chasing them up a street for no good reason. Pity that, as ever, they had to skim over so much really interesting stuff.
I'm so glad that you have just about served your sentence, cheered me up no end, so continue being a good boy and you'll soon be home and able to post all day.
