Most of us are aware of the Haynes books that for many years (Before computers were needed to fix anything) have helped us tinker or service our cars. But today I saw what has to be the strangest Haynes book of all. The Haynes how to restore/rebuild and service your Avro Lamcaster Bomber. So before I buy it, anybody know where I can pick up a second hand Lancaster??? LOL.

There are plenty lying around the Netherlands, Germany, Northern France, Scotland and Eastern England. All you need is a digger and few mates.

haynes also do guides on adult subjects such as having sex in cars, trains, planes. Not just about the engines but back seats! lol

on a serious note, was that why the 1920s was known as the 'roaring twenties', due to the popularity of the model T? For the first time a mass produced cheap car, allowed the masses their own car and that is how romance in cars began. Any truth in that?
