Sorry if this has been done before but how about a themed night about songs related to travel and transport and/or locomotion
I'll start with
Drive My Car - Beatles
Keep on Trucking - Eddie Kendricks
Radar Love - Golden Earring
Trains - Porcupine Tree
Road to Nowhere - Talking Heads
OK - puns allowed
Actually kinda watching Brazil/N.Korea at the mo and the vavavoolywoolything noise is adding to my pundit opinion that it's a bunch of bumble bees taking on swarming red ants.
That aside, Rael, with a monicker like that are you a 'Who' fan?
5.15
Jaguar
Early Morning Cold Taxi
Magic Bus
Going Mobile
Ooh, the bees have scored...
The planespotter in me would point to these songs specifically referencing airliners:
Creedence Clearwater Revival - Travelin' Band (Boeing 737)
Byrds - Gunga Din (Douglas DC-8)
Nick Lowe - So It Goes (Boeing 747)
Gordon Lightfoot - Early Morning Rain (Boeing 707)
Native Hipsters - There Goes Concorde Again (work it out)
Nearly forgot
High Llamas - Dressing Up The Old Dakota
Steve Hackett - Tiger Moth
On to trainspotting....
Chris Rea - Deltics
Woooaahh, ease up there LoudGeoff, I like a bit of plane-spotting (hoping to take my lad to Farnborough in July)..
Love Missile F1-11 - Sigue Sigue Sputnik (not a love missile but there's an F111 'Aardvark' which is a silly name but a first find if looking in the yellow pages for a defunkt US strike aircraft/bomber).
Liberator - Spear of Destiny
Like A Hurricane - Neil Young
and anything by Billy Fury.
America (Simon & Garfunkel) refers to Greyhound coaches.
I just remembered Willie Nelson's 'On The Road Again', because my niece has the first Shrek movie and Donkey sings this when he's wheedling Shrek to take him along!
The Monkees' 'What Am I Doing Hanging Round' could be dedicated to bad service at an airport in Jersey, thought the man in the song is anxious to get on a train.

Is it OK to suggest anything by Bus-ted?
Anything by, or played on the shows of, people named after Class 47 locomotives like Joe Strummer or John Peel...

Chris Spedding - Motorbikin'
Pink Floyd (or is it a whitsisface solo one?) - Bike
Gene Vincent - Race With The Devil
Beach Boys - Shutdown (and Little Deuce Coupe, Fun Fun Fun, etc...)
Jan & Dean - Dead Man's Curve
Twinkle - Terry
Shangri-las - Leader Of The Pack....
Now we're getting onto death discs, which brings forth another idea......
David Bowie - Always Crashing In The Same Car
"Locomotion" by OMD is suggested by the OP but not yet mentioned...
how about the monkees' last train to clarksville, contains my favourite coffee lyric. or the box tops' the letter.
Magic Bus - The Who
20 Mile Zone - Dory Previn
I Can't Drive 55 - Sammy Hagar
Silver Machine - Hawkwind; I was SO disappointed when it was explained that the song was about a bicycle rather than a spacecraft! My boss also drives a silver-coloured car, so I always think of this when she arrives.
