  Here are some points you might want to make
  
  6 music is unique in UK radio
  6 music is very high quality on a very low budget
  6 music supports a UK msuic industry in crisis.
  6 music's output will never be replicated in the commercial sector
  6 musics output will not fit into the profiles of radio 1 and 2
  So 6music's closure means an end to this service, not a relocation to other providers.
  6music's intelligent, high quality, informative and unique service is exactly what the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ *ought* to be doing. There are plenty of other areas of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ service where cuts make more sense.
  6music is award winning and held in very high esteem by the UK and global music industries
  6 music's audience continues to grow, year on year, despite being digital only, and suffering from a woeful lack of promotion.
