Hello,
In an attempt to keep us all busy as I put off tidying my room, how about a stupid punning game?
Well, I'll start one anyway.
The theme is.. Hair. Incorporating styles, types, barbers, products, beards, 'tashes, sideys, hairdressers, and periphery.
What's periphery in the hair world? I don't know, I'm just encouraging creativity. That said...
Mullet of Kintyre
Anything by Bob
or Split Enz
or Wax
Chas and dave - The Sideboard Song
Pomade of New Orleans
(going anywhere nice for your) Summer holiday - Cliff Rich-head (of hair) and the five o clock Shadows.
Either version of Something for the Weekend (see periphery)
Feel free to add or ignore and I'll get to tidying.

West End Curls - Pet Shop Boys
There is a highlight that never grows out - smiths
Periphery, in the hair world, is probably what you are left with after male-pattern baldness has taken its toll. The stuff round the edge of one's head which one can keep neatly clipped or grow out on one side in order to provide material for a combover. Or, you could let it all grow out in the style of Terry Nutkins.
A few from Phil Collins:
"Thin the hair tonight"
"Two curlers"
"Don't get me parted"
"One more nit"
"Wherever I lay my hat, that's my dome".*
*A rumoured out-take from "No lacquer required".
"I got lice" - The cast of "Hair"
"A merkin pie" - Don McLean
"Last night a DJ shaved my wife" - Indeep
"Thank heavens follicle curls" - Maurice Cheveuxlier
"Have you seen hair?" - the Hi-Lites
