This gets my vote!
Yam
I like it.
I particularly like the lady on the right in the backing singers...
Instead of Rock 'n' Roll, how about Rick 'n' Rolf? I heard about this first on 6music...
"Rolf Harris has teamed up with Status Quo's Rick Parfitt and Francis Rossi to release a Christmas single.
'Christmas In The Sun' is set to be released on December 7, and will go up against this year's 'The X Factor' song"
(note cool source)
Yamyumyer - I can't help but notice that the video on YouTube was posted by someone calling themselves, "Yamyumyer".
Is this an example of shameless self-promotion?
The last people to do that on these here pages were Civilian and no-one appears to have heard anything about them since. Divine justice perhaps?
As it's (nearly) Christmas, we may let you off... this once!

well spotted.
I suppose I should have guessed if I was amongst the first 400 viewers of a video, there was a reason for it.
It's strange how much we give away about ourselves on the interrent. I just googled for "tolhurst" and found organic food, a photographer, a solicitor, a portal engine, a neurophysiologist...it took a while before I even lolled out loud TBH!
You can otherwise build up a pretty good profile of people's interests. I deduce that this MB is not indexed as I can find none of my posts :phew:
So yamyumyer, who is is the tasty lady on the right in the chorus? Is that your wife? Lucky man if so...
By the way, I for one, think it's not the done thing to start listening to, (or in this case promoting), Crimbo tunes until December 1st at the earliest.
That said, before the month is out, I will have purchased John Waters "A John Waters' Christmas" CD which looks just as odd, (and in all honesty will probably sound just as odd), as you'd expect.
I will however, hold out on listening to it until the 1st has arrived. I'm a stickler.
Following my (failed) googling for myself, I googled for someone beginning with "y" and found a cycling and running buff from Sheffield whose secret plan is to big up his own videos.
I feel so used! (And I still don't know who that "girl" singer is!)

All I can say is, don't get a job in "other catalogue shops named after Eddie Argos may be available" as they've been playing the Christmas loop since the beginning of the month.
What's worse, for some reason I am now humming "Merry Christmas everyone"...
I need to start humming "Alan Parsons in a Winter Wonderland" QUICK...
Try this one
(disclaimer - I'm not paloma faith.)
Like that one,
Here's my favourite with an unofficial slideshow...
My wife's on the left!
She's called Liz and, I'm afraid is married!
We don't hope to ever get anywhere with this. This is our first attempt at anything like this and we've set ourselves a target of 1000 hits by Christmas.
As the guy from Decca said: There's no future in novelty Christmas hip-hop
so what's the address of the fan club of the foxy lady on the right?
(NB being married is no obstacle to stardom. I believe that even Madonna keeps getting married, then divorced. Allegedly.)
Are you saying she's Liz? The Beloved are playing ATM. Hello! as Terry-Thomas might say...

Yes, she's called Liz. I've shown her your posts. You might get a Christmas message from her if you're a good boy.
