    Hello all

being a python and new to the show i was wondering if there are many songs about reptiles that can make me feel part of the family.

obviously you may wish to report to puns, but i'd love to know of any musical reptilians (not in the Icke sense though).

the only thing my forked tongue can come up with is "he's a reptile" bu Robyn Hitchcock.

thank you all, i'm off to shed my skin now.

Fuzzy, I have posted a lot here today so hadn't planned to post again, but I can't leave you without mentioning Kaa from the Jungle Book and "Trusst in me". He's a python. Sings sibilantly like the singer out of the Cribs, by all accounts.

And the "Iggy" in Iggy Pop is short for "Iguana"...

    Thank you, Tolhurst.

i seem to recall Belly did a version of "trust in me" as a b-side. although this is before my time as i am only three months old, but maybe my mother played it to me when i was an egg.

There is a band called Tuatara. they must be nice to name themselves after a reptile.

You're right about Belly - but I have "Through the Looking Glass" and I forgot Siouxsie's version! smiley - doh

So, was your mother a secret Whitesnake fan?

Thank you very much for the replies. Sorry, i have been busy shedding for the last couple of days.

I will try and listen to these songs, or at least the vibrations.
