Just coming to this thread after a day and can't believe this one hasn't been posted:
Stephen Stills - Love The One You're With
"heading south" - roy orbison
"All by Myself" - Eric Carmen
The song "Starburst" from that Neil Morrissey and Martin Clunes' New Romantic one-off 'comedy' "Venus Hunters" was about Onanism.
It was also truly awful, as this video goes some way to proving.
Worth watching just so you can spot all the New Romantic 'stars' who were reduced to appearing in this genuinely cringe-inducingly bad programme. Shame on them.
"Turning Japanese" - The Vapors
"Longview" - Green Day
Lazy Lover - Supernaturals
Teenage Kicks - The Undertones
Icicle - Tori Amos
My Ding-a-ling - Chuck Berry
Anything by Craig David...
Ivor Biggun and the Jivers. 'Nuff said, really.

The Greatest Love of All by Witney (well she does say that learning to love yourself is... Practically an onanists charter)
In order to redeem some sort of credibility..
Flagpole Sitta by Harvey Danger
Anything by Craig David...Β
Not sure what you mean here DJ Riley, please elaborate.
Anything by Kleenex.
This is worse than the toilet thread.
"In my room" - the Beachboys
in my room - the walker brothers
crosseyed & painless - talking heads
"Langweilig" ("boring") by german band "Die Aerzte" ("The Doctors"). They started as a punk band in the early 80's and it seems they never get old or loose their credibility as musicians...
highly recommended!
"Muffy" by King Missile. From the gloriously titled album "Fluting on the Hump"
me myself i - joan armatrading
This is the first time I've strayed to Gid's forums and I can't believe the difference.
I don't know much, sadly. Being a young guy all I'm thinking of is the RCHP's "Hump da Bump" (or is it?) and Thunderheist's "Jerk It". Just the titles.
Anything on "Sticky Fingers".
Been away for a while but see that Fisty is causing mischief as always.
The Things The Lonely Do - Amazulu
And - yes - I do own it. I only bought it because I liked the lady's hairdo on the front cover.
that's why your arms are as long as they are
would be a song if jeffrey lewis got round to writing it, i could stick it down as one of my favourites over on marc's board
In memoriam to the original poster
Fingers of Love - Crowded House
'No woman, no cry' ? That any good?
I'm saying Leo Sayer's "When I need You" but I could be reading too much into it.
In an unrelated sighting he was just guesting on the Wiggles.
