Thank God It's Friday, Again
By David Wilks
Directed by Rowan Woods

REVIEW
More choppy than previous episodes, this felt a little unfinished and unsatisfying because a couple of scenes jumped about and the ending seemed like a last-minute addition. We don't know why D'Argo flew into his hyper-rage, for instance, and without some reason it just feels as though it happened in order to spark the rest of story.

It did, of course, but as an inciting incident it rang false and convenient. Similarly, the closing scene with Crichton missing Earth felt like the true ending yet we had a swift D'Argo and Zhaan scene appended.

That said, the opening fifteen minutes were deliciously tense and mysterious and Crichton's reaction to the worm inserted into him was superb. The delirium, the pain, it was all conveyed extremely well.

back to ploton to did you notice?
