Exodus From Genesis
By Ro Hume
Directed by Brian Henson

DID YOU NOTICE?
Insect-like aliens breaching Moya's hull is similar to what happens to the Proteus in the Lost in Space movie.

Aliens taking over and raising the temperature of the ship is similar to the Borg in Star Trek: First Contact.

Having a second threat behind the apparent one is like Doctor Who: The Invasion of Time.

The Peacekeeper's high-tech specialist searching Marauder couldn't scan Moya because of the cloud of Draks - but ex-prison ship Moya could scan it. Possibly Moya spotted the Marauder before hiding and the display was a tactical projection rather than a true scan. But then Moya displays the Marauder's scanning beams and also when it departs. "Moya got lucky," said Aeryn.

Zhaan's rapid painting of Rygel is reminiscent of how The Bionic Woman would write on school blackboards.

This was originally episode 3 - which is why Zhaan and Crichton had that chat about his adjusting to being on Moya and why Aeryn is again moody about not being a Peacekeeper.

This is the first time we've seen the Dentics: the teeth-cleaning lifeform.
